Hi! Welcome to my website, my name is Madilyn! And I'm here to help kids volunteer in the Kansas City metro area. Here's how it works...
Two of the hardest things about volunteering, when you're under 16, are finding a place for kids to volunteer and finding a place where you like to volunteer!
I created K.I.C.K. Start or Kids in Community Konnect as a way to empower kids to start volunteering by helping with the hard stuff. On this site, you will find a constantly growing list of places kids can volunteer in the KC metro area. If you are having a hard time looking for places to volunteer, just head to the "Volunteering" menu tab.
If you are having a hard time choosing where to volunteer, head to the "Blog" menu tab where I talk about my personal experiences volunteering at the places on the list. I'll give you the inside scoop so that you can find the perfect place to help at!
